As an Academic Counsellor for ROW markets, you'll connect with international parents to understand their child's needs and recommend programs that suit them best. Drive enrollments through consultative sales while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Engage with ROW-based parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
- Assess the child’s current learning level and suggest appropriate courses.
- Convert leads into enrollments by addressing objections and communicating value effectively.
- Update CRM tools to track lead status and conversions promptly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment.
