Job Summary
pJoin BrightChamps as an Academic Counsellor in our ROW (Rest of World) markets. Engage international parents through various communication channels to recommend suitable programs for their children and drive enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Connect with ROW-based parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
- Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend appropriate courses.
- Utilize CRM tools for follow-ups and maintain accurate lead status updates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for students.
