Job Summary
pWe are seeking an AI Engineer to join our Workplace Technology (WPT) team at MSCI. As a key member, you will design and build scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance employee productivity and streamline IT processes. This role involves developing intelligent automation workflows, integrating new technologies, and ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML solutions to address workplace technology challenges.
- Create automations using agentic workflows for IT systems integration.
- Integrate and adopt new technologies/platforms for digital workplace capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and efficient.
- Design and validate machine learning models tailored to WPT use cases.
- Implement anomaly detection and monitoring in workplace systems.

Required Skills Explained
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
