Job Summary
pWe are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our Workplace Technology (WPT) team. You will design and build scalable AI-driven solutions, create automations using agentic workflows, and ensure the security and reliability of these systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML solutions for complex workplace challenges
- Create automated workflows that can reason over tasks and call APIs across IT systems
- Implement anomaly detection to proactively identify issues in workplace systems
- Embed AI-driven automation into ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
- Design agent workflows that interface with enterprise systems and workplace apps

Required Skills Explained
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Gemini) for enterprise IT automation.
- Ability to integrate PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras models into production systems with monitoring and performance optimization.
- Demonstration of ability to build and deploy production-grade Python applications with proficiency in model development, data manipulation, and automation using libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and PyTorch.
