pWe are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Atlassian products in the Atlassian landscape, working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems associated with Appfire Apps and Atlassian products.
- Provide L1/L2 level technical support to customers.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer-reported issues under guidance from senior engineers.
- Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution.
