Job Summary
pThe Document Verification Executive is responsible for checking, validating, and processing physical and digital documents to ensure they meet specified criteria. This role involves examining IDs, educational records, and address proofs for accuracy and authenticity, as well as ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Examine submitted documents for completeness, authenticity, and accuracy against specified criteria
- Accurately input verified information into databases and update verification statuses
- Identify mismatches or suspicious documents and escalate them to relevant departments for resolution
- Prepare daily MIS reports and summaries of verification outcomes
- Adhere strictly to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Liaise with internal teams, candidates, or clients to obtain missing information or clarifications
