Job Summary
pThe Fraud Operations Team at Toast is on a mission to protect our customers and their businesses from fraud. As a Fraud Analyst, you will be the first line of defense against fraudulent activities, reviewing customer accounts for suspicious or unusual transactions and providing insights that improve our overall fraud prevention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor fraud queues to prevent risks in customer accounts.
- Conduct thorough investigations using internal tools to detect fraudulent activity.
- Review chargeback data to identify patterns of fraud.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering a delightful experience for Toast restaurants and prospects.
- Provide insights on fraud trends for different fintech products.
- Discuss escalations and suggest solutions to improve customer service.
- Improve existing SOPs and methodologies based on data analysis.
