Job Summary
pWe are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our dynamic lithium-ion battery manufacturing team. This role offers hands-on training and exposure across production, engineering, quality assurance, and research & development. Ideal candidates will assist in the manufacturing process, support daily operations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in electrode preparation, cell assembly, formation, aging, and testing processes.
- Support daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Monitor manufacturing parameters for process stability and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support engineers in process optimization and yield improvement.
- Collect and analyze process data for performance monitoring.
- Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of battery cells, modules, and packs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
- Prepare technical reports, production logs, and analysis reports.
- Maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and testing.
