Job Summary
pThe Implementation Manager role at our healthcare technology company is ideal for a recent graduate eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment. This position involves hands-on training, understanding complex hospital workflows, and assisting in the onboarding of new engineers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions to learn healthcare ERP modules (Billing, Lab, EMR)

- Maintain and update onboarding materials and SOPs
- Aid in creating and enhancing training content (slides, videos, FAQs)
- Document challenges and feedback from field projects
