Job Summary
pJoin OakNorth’s innovative AI-native engineering team as a Junior Software Engineer. You'll contribute to the full product development lifecycle, from design and build to test and deploy. Work in highly autonomous pods, pushing the limits of modern AI tools and turning them into practical business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and coding methods
- Experiment with new approaches and validate technical feasibility
- Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign them using AI-native solutions
- Rapidly prototype using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, then deploy into live environments
- Translate technical capability into business value
