As a Machine Learning Engineer with 1-3 years of experience, you will develop and validate machine learning models across time series forecasting, AI agents for the power sector, and RAG-based document intelligence. This hands-on role requires strong Python skills and ownership over project lifecycle from data sourcing to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Time Series Forecasting: Build models using statistical, ML, and deep-learning methods for short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
• AI Agents for Power Sector: Work with structured datasets to design AI agent workflows for operational intelligence and decision support.
• RAG & Document Intelligence: Develop RAG systems for document retrieval, summarisation, and analysis. Improve contextual accuracy and precision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science roles.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, pandas/NumPy, statsmodels/Prophet.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of solving business problems through innovative approaches.
