As a Process Associate/Developer in our Broker Technical Support Team based in Madurai, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on commercial insurance products, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements.

In this dynamic role, you will support broking teams by initiating renewals, preparing marketing proposals, processing endorsements, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will also collaborate closely with account management, underwriters, brokers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and timely execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing necessary activities to support broking teams in initiating renewals and preparing marketing proposals
- Identifying and retrieving relevant compliance documentation for new policies and renewals
- Calculating adjustments and premiums on insurance documents
- Ensuring the accuracy of the repository of record
- Communicating directly with underwriters/brokers/account executives to obtain necessary information
- Making sure all requests are attended to in a timely manner via client service platforms
Requirements for this position include:
- A minimum of graduation and excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle activities, such as endorsements processing, policy administration, and quoting
- Demonstrating customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A strong attention to detail; analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential
