Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Q/A Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, India. This role is perfect for professionals with a year of experience in software testing who have a passion for delivering high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will perform manual, automation, and API testing on web applications to ensure their quality and reliability. You'll develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and plans while identifying and documenting bugs using appropriate tools. You’ll also conduct various types of web testing such as functional, regression, integration, and usability tests. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software releases on time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual, automation, and API testing on web applications
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools
• Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and usability tests on web applications
• Work closely with developers to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
• Prepare comprehensive test reports and maintain documentation of testing activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1 year of experience in Software Testing (Manual, Automation, API)
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing; basic knowledge of Automation Testing tools preferred
• Experience in Web Application Testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
