Are you a skilled Search Engineer looking for an opportunity to leverage your expertise in Python, AWS services, and contact center technologies? Our esteemed Engineering - Software & QA department within the banking industry is seeking talented professionals who can design, develop, and maintain contact flows in Amazon Connect. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer service capabilities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain contact flows in Amazon Connect to optimize customer interactions.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda functions to implement custom business logic and data processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Implement and manage Amazon Connect CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions to enhance customer service capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact flows, AWS services, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in contact center technologies and AWS services to ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Amazon Connect, including designing and implementing contact flows.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda and its integration with Amazon Connect.
- Familiarity with other AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Kinesis Data Stream.
- Experience with contact center technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- CI/CD leveraging Spinnaker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification.
- Experience with other CCaaS platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of VoIP, and telephony integrations.
