Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Attraction: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, other job boards, and Boolean search techniques to find the best IT candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Screen candidates based on technical skills and communication abilities.
- Pipeline Management: Build strong pipelines for various tech roles including Java, .NET, Python developers, QA & Automation Engineers, DevOps & Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Analysts, UI/UX, and Full Stack Developers.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in ATS or Excel trackers to ensure efficient process flow.
We are seeking a motivated professional with 1-2 years of IT sourcing/recruitment experience, strong understanding of technical skill sets, and hands-on Boolean search skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are crucial for success in this role.
