Job Summary
pWe are seeking an Application and Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team at Cimpress Technology. This role involves providing L1/L2 support for application and infrastructure issues, monitoring systems, and maintaining technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor systems and coordinate issue resolution
- Follow up with teams throughout the issue resolution process
- Communicate with stakeholders until issues are resolved
- Optimize processes to prevent future issues
- Maintain and update technical documentation and SOPs
- Analyze transactions and logs for transaction settlements
- Collaborate across teams to maintain system stability and performance
