pWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves preparing client quotations, managing order and invoicing processes, and coordinating between the sales team and management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate client quotations using company software
- Make revisions in quotations based on inputs from clients or sales team
- Convert confirmed quotations into system orders
- Generate and share invoices with clients
- Draft and send professional emails for quotations, follow-ups, and updates
- Coordinate between Sales Executives and Business Head for smooth workflow
- Maintain records of quotations, orders, invoices, and client communication
- Ensure all sales-related data is accurately updated in the system
- Support the sales team in backend operations and administrative tasks
