Job Summary
pJoin Asia Group, LLC as an Entry-Level Computer Scientist – AI Agent Specialist. Design and build intelligent AI agent systems to automate complex workflows and decision-making processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop single-agent and multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool use.
- Evaluate agent performance by tracking key metrics and recommending improvements.
- Support prompt engineering and system instruction development to shape agent behavior and safety guardrails.
- Collaborate with colleagues on integrating agents with cloud infrastructure and front-end interfaces.
- Clean, structure, and manage knowledge bases and data pipelines for agent reasoning.
