pWe are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare BPO Coding Specialist to join our dynamic team at NTT DATA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coding and documentation, particularly in outpatient settings across various medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Code patient medical records accurately based on International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) codes.
- Review and correct documentation deficiencies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new hires, ensuring they meet coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry best practices.
- Work flexible shifts including weekends as required by business needs.

- At least 1 year of experience with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn and navigate through new software tools
- Able to work flexible shifts from Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with the potential for shift changes based on client needs
- Flexibility to handle overtime and work weekends as per business requirements
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, for exchanging information with clients
