Job Summary
pWe are seeking a highly skilled Internal Tech Ecosystem Developer to own and execute our internal tech ecosystem. This role involves building lightweight tools, dashboards, managing website/app development, and deploying AI-driven solutions. You will work across code and no-code/AI tools with a strong execution mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy internal tools to streamline operations, reporting, and workflows
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards for sales, management, and service tracking
- Owning website and app development - coordination, updates, optimization, and enhancements
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions (chatbots, automations, internal assistants)
- Leverage no-code/low-code + AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy functional platforms
- Integrate systems (CRM, analytics tools, APIs) to ensure seamless data flow
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively build tech-enabled solutions
- Maintain documentation, system hygiene, and scalability readiness
