Job Summary
pJoin New Era Technology and become an integral part of our IT Service Desk team. As an IT Analyst (Level 1 Technical Support), you will provide first-level support to internal employees, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT technical support via phone and ticketing systems.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve user issues related to IT systems, applications, and processes.
- Troubleshoot technical and system-related issues for internal users.
- Maintain audit trails of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents until resolution or escalation.
- Elevate issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Ensure adherence to service desk procedures, escalation policies, and SLAs.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or preventive measures.
- Promote excellent customer service and user experience to internal stakeholders.
