Job Summary
pWe are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to manage IGS manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in resolving quality issues, ensuring equipment calibration activities, and conducting verification and validation of production processes.
Responsibilities
- Resolve quality issues on the manufacturing line.
- Ensure all equipment calibration activities are conducted as per schedule.
- Review and maintain calibration reports.
- Carry out verification and validation activities for equipment and production processes.
- Support equipment installation and maintenance activities.
- Support ordering of tools and equipment needed for manufacturing.
- Manage non-conforming products area daily and weekly.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and manage rejected materials.
- Support supplier follow-up for part rejections and rework activities.
- Support preparation of work instructions and maintain revision history.
- Train the manufacturing team on changes in work instructions.
- Develop solutions for quality, cost, and productivity issues.
- Support EHS elements as a support member.
- Manage inventory of capital goods with good tractability.
- Execute Poke Yoke projects to simplify manufacturing processes.
- Support implementation of Kaizen across manufacturing lines.
