Job Summary

pThe Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of day-to-day activities for mentoring sessions. This includes preparation, publication, and management of session schedules, materials, and student engagement tools. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with chief mentors/course directors to plan daily activities.
  • Create and publish session schedules according to course duration after review by Ops Lead.
  • Collect dates for next month's courses from mentors before the 10th of each month.
  • Generate meeting links, participate in meetings, and record sessions.
  • Convert presentations/study materials into StudyMEDIC formats.
  • Maintain records and trackers for each batch’s session details.
  • Manage student platforms such as Telegram groups and class room sessions.
  • Communicate with Ops Lead and Chief Mentor regarding any issues in study groups.
