Job Summary
pWe are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Smartsheet in India. As a key member of the development team, you will contribute to the entire software lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and maintenance. You will work on developing new features and improving existing services, all while leveraging modern technologies such as Golang, Java, React.js, and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development life cycle, including concept, design, implementation, testing, and release.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Implement new features and enhance existing services using Golang, Java, or other relevant technologies.
- Maintain and improve service APIs and develop new ones as needed.
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to address infrastructure issues and optimize system performance.
- Explore opportunities for integrating AI tools into team processes and features, providing guidance on best practices.
