pIK is seeking a Tech Interview Prep Specialist to join our remote team. Our mission is to help candidates excel in technical interviews with leading tech companies. You'll work closely with experienced instructors and developers, leveraging cutting-edge technology and methodologies to enhance interview preparation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive prep courses for technical interviews
- Design and optimize new APIs and fix existing bugs
- Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized coaching
- Create and refine learning materials for candidates
- Participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical issues promptly
