Job Summary
pThis role involves providing efficient and professional support to global customers during India business hours by applying product knowledge on PTC’s PLM product – Windchill. You will clarify, troubleshoot, communicate, and document solutions for medium to advanced customer issues while contributing to the PTC Knowledge Base.
Responsibilities
- Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality queries on Windchill products
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Windchill installation and functionality issues, and keep the PTC Knowledgebase updated
- Create software configurations, duplicate issues, troubleshoot technical problems, investigate them, and track resolution in collaboration with other departments
- Assist in creating and implementing technical training and documentation related to the above topics
- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide first-class support for mission-critical customers
