Job Summary
pJoin the Kapture CX team as an AI Solutioning & Pre-Sales Associate. Drive impactful pre-sales engagements for enterprise clients, translate customer pain points into AI solutions, and design compelling product demos that win deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft winning strategies and create high-quality solution documents.
Responsibilities
- Own key stages of the pre-sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, demo execution, and proposal support
- Understand client pain points and translate them into AI-powered CX solutions (chatbots, voice bots, automation workflows)
- Design and deliver compelling product demos and tailored solution walkthroughs
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft winning solution strategies
- Support RFP/RFI responses and create high-quality solution documents, presentations, and collateral
