Job Summary
pAt Veradigm, we are seeking a dynamic Associate Support Consultant to join our team in Pune. This role involves diagnosing and resolving client application issues via phone or internet, ensuring accurate case documentation, and reproducing bugs for analysis. The ideal candidate will excel at collaboration, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be adaptable to after-hours support.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client application questions or problems over the telephone/Internet.
- Apply knowledge of solution features to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Ensure case documentation is accurate and consistent with Support policy.
- Reproduce client issues to identify root causes and provide necessary data for analysis.
- Respond to, work on, and close cases within established timelines and SOPs.
