Job Summary
pWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to join our dynamic team at BTVK Advisory. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and analyzing potential conflicts within our extensive client database, ensuring that all operations comply with the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
Responsibilities
- Review potential conflicts produced during automatic searches within Baker Tilly's Intapp database.
- Mark obvious false-positive results as 'no issue'.
- Analyze data including client name, address, and type of business to identify likely matches for review by conflicts analyst.
- Alert conflicts analysts to potential data integrity issues such as misspellings or missing information.
- Assist with bulk conflict and independence checks related to firm acquisitions, class action matters, etc.
