pRippling is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our dedicated team. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing expert advice on product usage, and supporting customers with data integration needs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot developer questions via email or chat regarding API authentication and integration
- Help customers design schemas and support development of analytics and applications
- Support both Rippling-managed and custom data connectors
- Provide technical guidance to optimize customer product usage
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for improvements
