Job Summary
pWe are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to assist in the smooth running of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and be able to coordinate with multiple teams seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities with Chief Mentors/Course Directors.
- Prepare and publish session schedules for batches.
- Collect and convert presentations into StudyMEDIC formats.
- Create meeting links and manage student platforms.
- Maintain records and trackers of each batch.
- Support mentors during sessions and ensure proper format reviews.
