Job Summary
pClarion Partners, a leading real estate investment manager, is seeking a Research Analyst to join its dynamic Research & Strategy team. This role involves supporting commercial real estate investment decisions through the development and testing of statistical models, analysis of datasets, and maintaining forecasting models.
Responsibilities
- Support research that informs commercial real estate investment decisions
- Develop and test statistical and machine learning models
- Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets
- Maintain forecasting and ranking models across markets
