Job Summary
pJoin our cutting-edge team at Rhombus Power as a Solutions Engineer, where you will work closely with national security partners to deliver AI-driven predictive intelligence solutions. As a hands-on software generalist, your role involves deep technical expertise in designing and deploying custom solutions while providing valuable consultation to enhance mission success.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside intelligence partners to understand their operational challenges and requirements for predictive insights.
- Design, develop, and deploy tailored software solutions using the Rhombus Power AI platform.
- Write, test, and maintain production-grade code across various technologies including cloud/DevOps configuration, backend data services, and frontend user interfaces.
- Provide technical consultation to partners to guide them in effectively utilizing our products for their business goals.
- Serve as a liaison between customer teams and product engineering teams, influencing product development.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in live operational environments to ensure mission continuity.
- Travel to customer sites for deployment, integration, and support.
