Job Summary
pJoin Xerox as a Business Systems Analyst where you will analyze customer requirements, manage projects if required, and provide input to improve overall efficiency and processes. This role involves working with business and technology teams to gather requirements for development and management, while adhering to established processes and practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational requirements and problems to find effective business solutions through process improvements.
- Work with clients/users in defining acceptance tests and developing test scenarios to ensure new/redesigned processes deliver improved ways of working.
- Investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures using methodical techniques.
- Document all work using required standards and methods, and prepare presentations for client meetings.
- Assist in defining and justifying projects to develop/implement automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
