pWe are seeking passionate Entry-Level AI Engineers to join our team at Helpshift. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of advanced AI solutions that enhance customer support experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI/ML applications using Python
- Build and optimize NLP pipelines for text processing and classification
- Create Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy and monitor AI applications in production
