Job Summary
pWe are seeking a PyCUDA AI Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize GPU-accelerated AI algorithms for our talent management platform. Responsibilities include building production-ready models and collaborating with data scientists on advanced machine learning projects.

- Designing and implementing GPU-accelerated AI and machine learning algorithms using PyCUDA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our platform
- Optimizing performance of existing pipelines through profiling and analysis
- Developing high-performance, scalable models for pattern recognition and NLP-driven features
- Writing clean, maintainable code and documenting technical designs
