Job Summary
pWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves creating, executing, and maintaining test plans for our web application to ensure its quality before release. You will also be responsible for initial root cause analysis of bugs found and reporting them in detail using Jira.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans
- Perform RCA on identified bugs and report issues through Jira with detailed information
- Aid in reproducing externally raised bugs to help in their resolution
- Execute edge cases around main use cases to enhance test coverage
- Collaborate with development team for updating test plans as per new changes
- Contribute to and maintain the existing automation framework by fixing failing tests
