Job Summary

pWe are seeking a talented Real-Time Dispatching Engineer to join our team at Tata Electronics. In this role, you will design and implement real-time dispatching rules and workflows using cutting-edge technology. You will also integrate these systems with various factory tools to optimize production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement real-time dispatching rules and workflows.
  • Integrate RTD with MES, AMHS, Material Control, APC, FDC, SPC tools.
  • Optimize production logic to meet KPIs via intelligent scheduling.
  • Administer and maintain dispatch systems including installation, patching, troubleshooting, monitoring health, backup/restore, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CIM solutions.
  • Conduct performance reviews and continuously improve dispatch rules and operational hardware/software.
  • Support operations by monitoring system uptime and reliability of automation.
