Job Summary
pVoya India, a technology-driven business process transformation company, seeks a Trainee Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves processing participant and plan-level transactions while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will work closely with supervisors and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions for Voya Financial’s Health, Wealth, and Investment Management businesses.
Responsibilities
- Process participants/Plan level transactions
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure accurate transaction processing
- Adhere strictly to non-disclosure policies to preserve client confidentiality
- Complete assigned responsibilities within defined service levels agreements (SLAs)
