Job Summary
pWe are currently seeking a Trainee – Inward Entry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording inward materials and maintaining related documentation, ensuring timely and error-free data entry.
Responsibilities
- Perform inward entry of materials and goods received in the system/register.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and inward records.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts and related documents.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounts departments.
- Update inventory data in ERP or inventory management software.
- File and maintain inward registers and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory audits.
