Job Summary
pWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Part Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing warranty parts, updating return samples in the RED box, and ensuring compliance with Valeo’s procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be adept at interfacing with OEMs, dealers, and end users.
Responsibilities
- Analyze warranty parts for liability determination.
- Update warranty return samples in the RED box as per Valeo procedures.
- Interface with OEM quality and service teams, dealers, and end users to manage warranty concerns.
- Collect and analyze field data from customers.
- Present warranty status updates to customers.
- Statistically analyze customer warranty data to identify risks and escalate them.
