Job Summary
pWe are seeking a Workday HCM Configuration Specialist with 2–3 years of functional experience to support configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities across Workday HCM modules. Ideal candidates will have strong HR process understanding and hands-on configuration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and configuration support for Core HCM and other HCM modules.
- Analyze and resolve Workday-related issues to minimize business disruption.
- Support HR users through ticket management, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Configure business processes, condition rules, security roles, and notifications.
- Create and update calculated fields, maintain supervisory organizations, and support data changes.
- Participate in Workday releases—impact analysis, testing, and deployment activities.
- Build and maintain advanced reports based on business needs.
- Support HR and business teams with data audits, validations, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and execute unit and regression test cases.
- Support UAT by coordinating with business users.
- Document configuration changes, process flows, and training materials.
