Job Summary
pWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Operations and Sales leadership teams within Cyber & Data Resilience (CDR) in India. This role will ensure high-quality sales data, produce reliable reports, and translate sales activity into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate Salesforce opportunity records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform routine data quality checks and proactively flag data issues or trends
- Build and maintain standard sales and pipeline reports using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities across pipeline, win/loss, and deal progression
- Contribute data analysis and supporting materials for leadership reviews and executive-level reporting
