Job Summary

pThis role involves processing credit sanction proposals in alignment with the bank’s internal policies and RBI guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in Facility Letters, performing quality checks, monitoring exceptions, and verifying disbursements. Your task will also include reconciliations, analysis of stock statements, cash flows, and maintaining MIS reports.

Responsibilities

  • Process credit sanction proposals adhering to internal policies and RBI guidelines.
  • Issue Facility Letters with all required documentation as per the Credit Approval Memo (CAM).
  • Perform quality checks on system data based on underlying CAM, various reports including valuation report, title search report, stock audit report, etc.
  • Monitor exceptions in the tracking system and ensure compliance.
  • Verify disbursement notices processing to avoid operational losses or revenue leakage.
  • Conduct reconciliations of internal CASA accounts and GL balances to identify and investigate discrepancies.
  • Analyze stock statements, cash flows, and perform DP computation for fund-based facilities.
  • Validate drawing power calculations and CBS changes with reference to stock statements.
  • Maintain MIS reports and conduct quality checks on the portfolio handled by the Corporate Administration Department.
