Job Summary
pJoin Edwards Lifesciences in expanding our global technology capabilities through the launch of a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. As an Analyst for Information Security, you will play a crucial role in protecting Edwards' organization, applications, and products by supporting SIEM and forensics operations.
Responsibilities
- Support SIEM data engineering operations by maintaining and operating log ingestion pipelines from cloud, on-prem, and SaaS sources into the SIEM platform
- Develop and tune field extraction rules, parsers, and normalization logic to keep data well-structured and queryable

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ years of previous experience or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with SIEM management and data pipeline solutions like Google SecOps, Splunk, Qradar, Cribl, bindplane, databahn.
- Proficiency in parser creation and data formatting using regex, Grok, CEF/LEEF, OCSF, ECS.
- Experience with data source onboarding such as OT/ICS, API telemetry.
- Expertise in log forwarding technologies like rsyslog, syslog-ng, Fluentd/Fluent Bit, NXLog.
- Preferably experience in forensics operations and scripting languages for automation.
- Certifications such as CEH, CISM, CISSP are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving to mitigate potential security risks.
