Job Summary
pJohnson Controls seeks a pre-sales technical support specialist to provide practical guidance on fire alarm and fire detection systems. You'll work closely with sales teams, translate customer needs into technical direction, and ensure compliant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical information and advice for fire alarm and detection products before and during the sales process.
- Support sales staff by clarifying product details and guiding them on application suitability.
- Review customer requirements to identify appropriate fire detection systems within guidelines.
- Prepare technical inputs that support proposals, bids, and customer discussions.
- Assist with questions related to fire detection components and systems.
