Job Summary
pKALVEX Innovations LLP is seeking a Freelance Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design and development of next-generation smart vending machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical product design, focusing on reliable dispensing mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Design complete mechanical assemblies for vending machines.
- Develop and optimize conveyor-based product dispensing systems.
- Integrate elevator/lift mechanisms for product delivery.
- Create dispensing mechanisms suitable for different product sizes.
- Prepare 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs.
- Coordinate with the electronics and software teams for system integration.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
