Job Summary
pSarvam is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. You will work on building AI-powered solutions in education and healthcare, from concept to deployment. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features across the stack, including frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and LLM logic.
Responsibilities
- Develop product features across the entire stack: frontend, backend, and LLM logic
- Create AI-powered experiences such as RAG systems, agents, and document intelligence tools
- Transform ideas into working prototypes
- Write prompts, build evaluations, and measure AI performance
- Integrate internal and third-party APIs, and data pipelines
- Debug and optimize code for better performance
Required Skills
- Strong Python proficiency
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- A backend framework like FastAPI or Flask
- Familiarity with LLM APIs: prompting, function calling, structured outputs
- SQL and database knowledge (Postgres preferred)
