Job Summary
pAs an Outbound Business Development Representative at FlytBase, you will identify and pursue named enterprise accounts across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure sectors. You'll build systems to find the right companies, identify key decision-makers, and reach out with personalized messages using AI tools. Responsibilities
- Build target account lists across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure sectors
- RUN AI-powered research workflows to map org charts and identify decision-makers
- Craft and launch outbound campaigns combining automation with genuine personalization
- Test messaging angles, subject lines, and outreach sequences as experiments
- Manage the full outbound stack including Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Book qualified meetings with VP+ executives at Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing industrial operators
- Build playbooks and systems that make outbound repeatable and scalable
- Collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging based on what converts
