Job Summary
pSeeking a highly motivated Reliability Test Engineer to join our dynamic design and reliability team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for designing experiments, performing testing on electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical parts, and ensuring product reliability through various climatic and environmental tests.
Responsibilities
- Recommend experiment designs or test methods
- Create reliability checklists and own data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Perform testing of modules and systems, presenting status updates and reports
- Develop standard methods and training for competence development
- Participate in product design processes for reliability assessment
- Support fixture development for mechanical and electrical components
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and 5 Why investigations during testing
